1. The utility
YouTube Uploader Local is a private desktop utility for uploading owner-selected video files to an authenticated YouTube channel and monitoring their status. This website is informational and does not itself upload, host, or store videos.
2. Authorized use
The utility may be used only with accounts and content the operator is authorized to access. The operator is responsible for complying with applicable law, copyright requirements, the YouTube Terms of Service, and relevant Google API policies.
3. Account responsibility
The operator is responsible for protecting the Mac, Google account, OAuth credentials, and local configuration used by the utility. Authorization can be revoked through Google Account permissions.
4. Content and visibility
The operator controls the videos, titles, metadata, and visibility settings submitted to YouTube. YouTube's processing, policy review, availability, and enforcement decisions are governed by YouTube and Google.
5. Availability
The utility is provided for personal operational use and may be modified, paused, or discontinued. Uploads may be interrupted by network availability, API quotas, authorization changes, local storage availability, or third-party service behavior.
6. No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the utility is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator should maintain appropriate backups and review upload results.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated when the utility or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
